What sleep disorders are addressed in this program?
A sleep disorder is a problem that prevents you from sleeping well, negatively impacting your day. In the Re-MIND project, we focus primarily on two common disorders: insomnia and nightmare disorder.
Insomnia
Insomnia is associated with difficulty falling asleep at night or waking up during the night and difficulty falling back asleep.
The nightmare disorder
Nightmare disorder is associated with frequent nightmares. These disturbances are serious if they disrupt your daytime life (e.g., fatigue, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, irritability, fear of going to sleep).
