  • Getting up at the same time every day
  • Having a ritual
  • Go to bed only to sleep and when you feel drowsy
  • Do not try to force sleep
  • Limit screen time before going to sleep
  • Don't watch sad or scary things in the evening.
  • Limit your consumption of stimulants (tea, coffee, soda, sugar, tobacco)
  • Do not drink more than 2 stimulant drinks per day, and not after 4 p.m.
